Ignorant Americans, your dreams have now been fulfilled! Get in your movie seats; it’s time to get ill. That’s right “y’all,” yours truly Blackbot has just seen the two worst movies ever made: Torque and You Got Served. Aight? All Americans, but especially American minorities should be very proud of what their country is coming to, and can have the privilege of viewing their own future by watching either of these two genre busting masterpieces. So with which should I start, the movie about motorcycle street gangs from the future or the movie about street dance crews giving a horrible name to the robot dance?
Since both feature abhorrent acting and misplaced rap and R&B stars, I’ll start with the movie featuring the tritest slang, You Got Served. This movie will leave you asking some questions, like what human asshole wrote, directed and produced this, and also who do I go about killing for what I have been exposed to. I must say, however, that the plot is impeccable. A young black man and his street team or “crew” of dancers cannot be defeated in competition (especially when the venerable Steve Harvey judges), until a dance crew from Orange County led by a hideous spike haired white fellow defeat them in grandiose style. Then, all hell breaks loose. The two best black dancers begin fighting over a girl, one quits amidst a barrage of angry slang written by rich white people, and the team falls apart. But wait, LaLa from MTV is hosting a huge dance competition where they can reunite and avenge their untimely dancing defeat. I think you robots see where this movie went. I had to move on to see
Torque.
Dead Bodies Inc. Disclaimer: Blackbot Jones has not actually seen the movie You Got Served, but he has seen the preview numerous times, and is highly skilled at assuming things.
